Description:
Bright, inviting Tula brings upscale Mexican cuisine to posh Cherry Creek. Plenty of leafy green plants and an outdoor seating area add extra appeal to the pleasant restaurant. A sampler of flavorful ceviches or a piping hot bowl of tortilla soup starts things off right, and enticing entrees include beef sirloin with grilled asparagus, black beans, and caramelized onions, and ancho-seared tuna in coconut-chipotle sauce. Preparations are decidedly unfussy, allowing natural flavors to emerge fully.
