Every year the Highlands Street Fair seems to get a little bigger, a little bit crazier and a lot more fun. Hosting the 26th annual fair in 2008, the local merchants close off a few blocks of the popular shopping and dining district for a day of live music, kids education and play areas, arts and crafts booths and food and drink on the streets. The fair is held in rain or shine. |
